locally make us the right team to be able to prepare the perfect

gathering either large or small, for your home, or at one of our

local private homes available for rent.

PLAN AN EVENT

Whether it is a gathering for a birthday, an anniversary, a holiday

party, graduation party, bridal or baby shower, here at Bacchus

we are always ready to help create an unforgettable party.

We can accommodate anywhere from 25 to 250 people to make

your celebration an unforgettable one!

 

Packages start at $2500 and may include: Musical Acts,

Kitchen & Bar Staff, Cleaning, Catering Coordination,

Custom Cocktail Menus, Sound & Lighting, Seating Arrangements,

Linens & Place Settings, Photographers, Photo Walls, Decor, Custom

Signage, Stationary & Invitations, Welcome Bags.

PLAN A WEEKEND

We specialize in curating amazing weekend experiences in the

Saratoga Springs region, whether it’s a bachelorette party, or a

reunion of family and friends, we can help provide a worry free

experience of the best our great city has to offer!

 

Packages start at $2000 and may include: Private Chef Dinners,

Cocktail Hours with Guest Mixologist, Cocktail Making Classes,

Breakfast Sandwich Deliveries, Pastry or Tea Deliveries,

Restaurant & Nightlife Coordination, Excursions,

Catering & Service from Local Restaurants, Custom Cockatail Bars,

Linens & Place Settings, Custom Decor, Signage, Photo Wall,

Stationary & Invitations, Welcome Bags, Refridgerator Set Up.

         PLAN A STAY

We offer a hand selected collection of local Airbnb’s for those

looking to organize a getaway, bachelor & bachelorette weekends,

housing for family & friends for a big weekend, or simply wanting to

host a celebration away from home. Based on our long standing

relationships with local hosts, we are able to accommodate gatherings

larger than typically allowed, with the assurance that their homes will

be cared for by our events team. Events can range from 10 to 200

people depending on the location. Whatever your occasion, we can

help organize the perfect setting to enjoy your celebration.

We’re here to make your dream wedding come to life, and guide

you through every step of the process. Whether you need

assistance planning, designing, executing or all of the above,

we’re here to help. We offer many different levels of assistance to

make your special day just right. From finding the perfect venue,

budget analysis, guest list & invitations, catering, custom cocktails,

staffing & more, our team has you covered.
